Im worried i may have an std. do these sound like symptoms of anything.?

theres these little red spots theres lots of them ( 15 at the most) and they start near the groin and run along the outside of the pubic hair line. then there is a pink rash on the groin. But this may be caused by the ripping due to . I do shave so im wondering if these maybe ingrown hairs or razor bumps. there not painfull spots though.
