Does any one know if there are any side effects to taking both Adderall and Ephedrine daily?

My girlfriend is currrently prescribed 30mg of Adderall daily. I recently learned that she has been ordering Zenadrol from a website which is a dietary supplement which contains Ephedrine. She claims to only be taking one Zenadrol pill each day, and Im uming that is in the late morning early afternoon at work. Is there any significant side effects to look for in this combination. She seems very tense, edgy, and easily set off and I am blaming this combo of drugs for it, but I cannot find much information aboutthe actual drug interaction of these, online. Thanks!
