Side recipies from Bubba's Barbeque in Jackson Hole?

Does anybody have a close recipe for the potato salad and baked beans from Bubba's Barbeque? They are a small chain restaurant.. I know they have a restaurant in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.. and I've heard there were 2 other locations in Wyoming and a few other locations in the north west. The potato salad was almost mashed potato's.. very small pieces, and not tart/vinegary.. it needed salt but with a little salt added it was the best potato salad I've ever had. The barbeque baked beans were extremely good too.. not starchy at all, full of flavor and soupy (not dry). Dang good but I can't buy tubs of it and I'm pregnant and I want more! :)
