What is this?! please help!?

for two years, i've been getting medium sized lumps on my head and neck. they are hard and unmovable. is this anything serious?! they are about the size of a nickel or dime. they all disappear eventually, but, then they reappear in other areas around the top of my neck and the bottom of my hairline. anything helps! thanks(:
