Is Yahoo owned by Mormons? Why do questions about Mormons get deleted even if they are not breaking the TOS?

I do not know if Yahoo is ran by Latter-day Saints or not but I do know that there are well over 200 members of my church who frequent yahoo answers, and there is also a lot of people who frequent Answers and ask very antagonizing questions about the church.
