Does this sound like pregnancy? I know this sounds like every other post, but need some help.?

not really, AF could have decided to come a bit early. I have seen my fair share of irregular cycles and there have been times when it comes that early and its only brown spotting. I was told its just old stuff your body is getting rid of. If you are preggo, 10dpo you would get a + test result unless you ovulated later than you think.
