Does this guy like me?

okay so i only have a crush on this guy he is in my homeroom and i notice almost every single day he stares at me when i am putting on my lip gloss in the morning i usually just giggle and smile at him we usually cant tlk but today he got in trouble and got sent to my cl room and got put in a corner so i casually walked up to where he was sitting ( i acted like i was sharpening a pencil ) and i smile at him and he says hey and we start to tlk but then my teacher tells me to sit down we stare at each other a lot in the hallways but we can never really tlk oh and one day i gave my best friend my phone and she took it with her to her next cl and my crush is in the same cl room as hers and when i get my phone back it has his # in it .................what should i do there is a dance coming up soon but i am already going with my friends so yeaa idk thanks for the help :) sorry its so long!
