Wouldn't (many) blacks achieve greater success if they lost the victim mentality?

Many blacks (notice I didn't say all) feel society owes them something for struggles their ancestors went through many years ago. Wouldn't they be better off if they lost that feeling of entitlement?.....Doesn't it just keep them dependent and poverty stricken?.....After all, if you feel entitled to something, where is the motivation to ever work for something?....And its not like affirmative action hasn't given them many more chances and opportunities than any other race.....They have significantly more business opportunities than any other race because of affirmative action...I believe the victim mentality is the problem with many blacks (notice I didn't say all)
