What do YOU think I have?

Since Thursday of last week (February 24th) I can't talk normally, like I "have a frog in my throat". It is now Monday the 28th and it hasn't gotten noticeably any better. One nostril of my nose has drainage and can become clogged throughout the day, I have been coughing. The coughs have been both dry and mucusy. Also, what I find weird is that my throat really doesn't hurt all that much, it only flares up if I have had a coughing fit. Lastly, starting yesterday my head has started to feel congested and sometimes brings on a headache...What do YOU think I have??
