I just got a new rabbit and she is nibbling?

I just got the cutest dwarf rabbit! She is 6 weeks 2 days old and is very, very sweet. She will just sit and snuggle:) But occasionally she will lick and nibble at my finger tips. It doesn't hurt but Im just wondering why she does this and if it will progress to actual biting.
