How would you pronounce this name(girl)?

i would pronounce it Air-ee-uhl. i know a girl with this name, but her name is pronounced Are-ee-ell and she constantly gets called Air-ee-uhl and she says to annoys her to no end because she always has to correct people. plus i think Air-ee-uhl flows better with Charlotte, because Charlotte has the "ar" sound and ChARlotte ARe-ee-ell sounds to clashy.
