Ectopic pregnancy? lots of questions.?

So I have been feeling like i'm pregnant not ever thinking i could be, i'm using Implanon and never thought it could have happened. For about the last 8 weeks i have been feeling pregnant(my best friend is pregnant i thought i was just feeling her). Well yesterday morning i woke up with a stabbing pain in my left side i just wrote it off as i must have pulled a muscle. but it has been getting stronger and stronger till i haven;t slept at all this night and morning; i have been awake for close to 24 hours now and i'm having trouble peeing and just farting and the pain has increased to the point im shivering and can stop, that's how my body has always handled extrreme pain. I'm bleeding right now-it seems like my slime then blood- it isn't normal, (i get a steady period every 82 day, i have long cycles, normal for my body ) i'm not due for another period till Jan i just want your opinions on this. I actually have a appointment with my Dr. (not midwife) for a check up in 4 hours but i'm just scared i have looked it up and everything points to this. so if any of you have any knowledge of ectopic pregnancy's please share i don't care if its bad i just need to know if this is what bis happening i'm not the only one.
