Double relationship?

well I'm 18 yrs old right now I have a relationship with a guy for 4 months (he's 21)but I totally fell for him. the problem is that he's illegal and he ( and maybe me) going back to OUR country since he commit a federal crime here in the US. but that's not the only problem. there used to be another guy that I used to be inlove back a few months ago but now we started talking agian. after months. but he used to have a girlfriend for many years and that's why we stopped talking but he's not with her anymore but he currently lives in Colombia right now where me and my b/f are from and he has an appt. to get his visa to come here for the U.S JUST TO SEE ME! and i seriously don;t know what to do because both love me very much but one is dominant but the other one is really sweet. and my mom got in the whole situation and basically this has turned out to be into a Dilemma.basically there's more to the story but this is just a brief intro. but who should I stay with,WHAT SHOULD I DO!
